Abstract

Yoğurt genellikle yaş maya ile yapıldığından, yaş yoğurt (özellikle sade) mayasının bulunmadığı yerlerde yoğurt yapma işlemi gerçekleştirilememektedir. Buluş konusu yöntemle kuru yoğurt mayası üretimi tarif edilmektedir. Üretilen kuru yoğurt mayası ile yaş maya ile karşılaşılan sorunlar bertaraf edilmektedir.Since yogurt is usually made with fresh yeast, it is not possible to make yoghurt in places where yogurt (especially plain) yeast is not available. The production of yoghurt yeast by the method of the invention is described. The problems encountered with dry yogurt yeast and wet yeast produced are eliminated.
