Abstract
Bu buluş, bir ayrı çevre-ses sunumuna daha yakından yaklaşan çok-kanallı ses uygulamasının yeniden-kurulması için iki-kanallı matris ile kodlanmış ses uygulamasının dekode edilmesi için bir yöntem temin etmektedir. Bu sonuç, iki-kanallı matris ile kodlanmış sesin alt-bantta filtrelenmesi, alt-bant sinyallerinin her birinin çok-kanallı alt-bant sinyallerinin üretilmesi için bir genişletilmiş ses alanına eşlenmesi ve bu alt-bant sinyallerinin çok-kanallı ses uygulamasının yeniden-kurulması için sentezlenmesiyle gerçekleştirilmektedir. Alt-bantların bir genişletilmiş ses alanı etrafında yönlendirilmesiyle, her ses elemanının daha hassas yerleştirimi ve daha fazla ayrılarak tanımlanmasına olanak sağlanarak, çeşitli sesler farklı noktalarda ses alanı etrafında aynı anda konumlandırılabilmektedir.
