Abstract

Bu bulus, egzojen olarak uyarilarak meydana getirilmis bir transkripsiyon faktörünün kontrolü altinda endojen genlerin degisikliklerini ölçen, tam hücreye dayali bir biyolojik tahlil saglar. Bu bulusun egzojen transkripsiyon faktörleri, herbirinin özel hücre disi ligandlarda aktive olmasini saglayacak sekilde tasarlanabilirler. Bu nedenle, bu bulusun egzojen transkripsiyon faktörlerini içeren hücreler, tahlil için gereksiz uyarlamalar yapmadan birçok hücre disi ligandin test edilebildigi genel bir vasita saglarlar.
