Abstract
Bir yüzeydeki yapilarin veya uzaydaki parçaciklarin dagiliminin izlenmesi için bir yöntem olup, özelligi, örnegin video teknolojisinin kullanilmasi, dagilimin iki boyutlu optik bir görüntüsünün olusturulmasi, görüntünün görüntü ögeleri halinde bölünmesi, her görüntü ögesinin ortalama parlakliginin belirlenmesi ve bitisik görüntü ögelerinin parlaklik degerleri farkliliklarinin , görüntü ögelerinin önceden seçilen sirasi boyunca hesaplanmasidir. Bu farklilik degerleri, görüntü ögelerinin görüntüdeki konumu ile, farkli degerlerin bir korelasyonunun korunacagi sekilde, bir veri depolama aracisinda kaydedilir. Bu esasla, bir yüzeydeki yapilarin veya uzaydaki parçaciklarin dagiliminda esitsizliklerin meydana geldigi noktalari belirlemek mümkündür. Bu islem, örnegin, yüzeylerin homojenliginin izlenmesi ve yüzey kusurlarinin saptanmasi için kullanilabilir.
