Abstract

Bulus, organik bilesenlerden olusan safsizliklari içeren bir gaz akiminin temizlenmesine yönelik bir yöntemle iliskilidir. Sözü edilen gaz akimi kati fazda yogunlastirma için, tercihen aromatik polyesterler ve poliamidler için tasarlanmis bir reaktörden (1) çikar. Sözü edilen yönteme göre, en az oksijen içeren bir gaz safsizliklari içeren gaz akimina beslenir. Bileske gaz akimi daha sonra özellikle 280 derece ile 380 derece arasindaki yüksek bir sicaklikta, inert gözenekli bir destek üzerinde rodyum veya bir rodyum alasimi içeren bir katalizöre (8) tasinir. Kullanilan oksijen miktarinin organik safsizliklara göre hipostokiyometrik olmasinin ve/veya oksijenin safsizliklara oraninin bir lambda sensörü ile kontrol edilmesinin avantajli oldugu bulunmustur. Bu tip bir lambda sensörü, bulusa uygun bir tesiste kullanilmaktadir.
