Bir dijital nakilde gönderilen verilerin yetkili kilinmasi için bir yöntem olup, bu yöntemin özelligi, nakilden önce verilerin en azindan bir kök klasör birimi,alt-klasör birimi ve dosya biriminin hiyerarsisi halinde organize edilmesi ve yetkilendirilmesi, bir dosya içindeki veriler üzerinde bir yetkilendirme algoritmasi tarafindan etkinmesi ve bir birlesik dosya yetkilendirme degerinin deginilen alt-klasör birimi içinde depolanmasi, bu dosya yetkilendirme degeri üzerinde bir yetkilendirme algoritmasi ile etkinmesi ve bir birlesik alt-klasör yetkilendirme degerinin deginilen kök klasörü içinde depolanmasidir. Bulusun diger yanlari bir ikinci yetkilendirme degerinin üretilmesi ile bir ikinci kök klasörünün yetkilendirilmesi ve verilerin bir tasima akiminin tablolari ya da bölümleri içinde kapsüllenmesinden önce yetkilendirilmesine iliskindir.
