Abstract

Mevcut bulus sodyum karbonat monohidrat olusumunun tesvik edildigi sartlar altinda susuz sodyum karbonatin bir doymus sodyum karbonat brin solüsyonuna beslenmesi ile sodyum karbonat monohidrat kristalleri üretilmesi için bir islem saglar. Susuz sodyum karbonat eridikçe brin süperdoymus hale gelir ve sodyum karbonat monohidrat kristalleri olusumu ile süperdoyma rahatlamasina yol açar. Islem, nükleasyon yerine mevcut sodyum karbonat monohidrat kristallerinin büyümesine ulasmak üzere süperdoyma ve onun rahatlamasinin kontrol edilmesi içerir. Elde edilen kristaller bir boyut ayirma kriterine bagli olarak çözülmeyen pisliklerden ayrilir.
