Abstract
Bulus, sismik etkinlige karsi bütünüyle bagisikli bir depremden koruma sistemine iliskindir. Bulus sistemi, bir depremden koruma modülü biçiminde bulusa göre sekil verilmis sanal sarkaçlar üzerinde binalar ve diger nesneleri desteklemektedir. Nispeten düsük binalar durumunda, bahsedilen depremden koruma modüllerinin sinir yükü destek noktalari, desteklenmis nesnenin esas olarak daha sik olan yer titresimlerinden verimli sekilde yalitildigi biçimde, bir uzun sarkacin kendine ait bir uzun çevrim ile salinan ucu seklinde hareket etmektedir. Sistemin islevsel davranisi, temel ivmesinin düzeyi ya da yer titresiminin sikligi ile etkilenmemektedir. Büyük bir durumda bile, nesne hareketsiz kalmaktadir. Sistem, herhangi bir yük ve herhangi bir bulgulanabilir titresim ölçegi için sekillendirilebilecektir.
