Abstract

Bu bulus, bir çift elektriksel açidan iletken bölümü içeren bir seramik atesleyiciye iliskindir, bu atesleyici, her biri bir birinci uca sahip olan bir çift elektriksel açidan iletken bölüme, bu bölümlerin birinci uçlarinin her biri ile elektriksel baglanti içinde olan ve bunlarin arasinda tanzim edilmis bir sicak bölümü ve sicak bölüme temas eden bir elektriksel olarak iletken olmayan isi düsürme malzemesini içermektedir, sicak bölüm 0.5 sm' den daha düsük bir elektrik yolu uzunluguna sahiptir.
