Abstract

يتم وصف جهاز وطريقة تقطير مادة سائلة من محلول خاصة لتقطير ماء من مياه البحر او ماء مالح بينما المحلول الذي يحتوي على المادة السائلة التي سوف تتبخر- يتبخر نتيجة لامداده بحرارة عن طريق حامل حرارة في اطار حرارة مرتفعة بجهاز تبخير -101- ويتم نقل البخار في مسار انسياب يتدفق داخل غلاف يضم جهاز تبخير -101- وجهاز تكثيف -102- ويتجه )البخار( الى جهاز التكثيف (102) ويتخلى عن الحرارة ناقلا اياها الى حامل حرارة وذلك في اطار حرارة منخضة فتتم عملية التكثيف بجهاز التكثيف (102) ، وحسب احد السمات الاولى للاختراع فمن المخطط ان حامل الحرارة يكون سائلا مختلفا عن سائل المحلول ويظل-داخل جهاز التبخير (101) وجهاز التكثيف (102)- مفصلا عن المحلول من خلال حوائط (119) موصلة للحرارة ولكن لا تنفذ منها السوائل،وان جهاز التكثيف (102، ،102'، 202، 302، 302') وجهاز التبخير (101،101'،201، 301،301') يسرى فيهما نفس حامل الحرارة وحسب سمة ثانية للاخترع فان جهاز التبخير ( 101) وجهاز التكثيف (102) كل مهما ذو بنية ممتدة ذات اتجاه طولي بينما المادة المتبخرة (بخار الماء ) يتم توجهها في مسار يخترق جهاز التبخير (101) وجهاز التكثيف (102) سائرا بصفة اساسية عمودي علي الا تجاه الطولي وان عملية نقل المادة المتبخرة (بخار الماء) تتم من كل من المجالات (AV,BV,CV) وهي ذات الحرارة المرتفعة والمتوسطة و المنخفضة لجهاز التبخير (101) الى مجالات (AK,BV,CV) ذات الحرارة المرتفعة و المتوسطة والمنخفظة لجهاز التكثيف (102)(لشكل رقم 1)
