La présente invention concerne un système 9our la production d'énergie, comprenant des moyens de captation qu'ils captent une partie de l'énergie cinétique du fluide qui les traverse pour la transformer en énergie mécanique et/ou électrique, des moyens de diffusion environnent lesdites moyens de captation pour accélérer la vitesse du fluide qui les traverse, et une structure du système sur laquelle sont montées et/ou assemblées et/ou fixées et/ou ancrés lesdits moyens de diffusion et/ou lesdits moyens de captation, ayant au moins une partie de ladite structure du système comporte un tirant de maintien.
