Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif capteur (1), avantageusement du genre éolienne, pour capter l'énergie cinétique d'un flux de fluide. Le dispositif capteur (1) comprend au moins une surface portante (5) assemblée avec une base (3) par le biais de moyens de liaison pivot (10) définissant un axe de rotation horizontal primaire (10'). Ce dispositif capteur (1) comporte des moyens pour générer une rotation oscillante de ladite au moins une surface portante (5) soumise audit flux de fluide, autour dudit axe de rotation horizontal primaire (10') ; ladite rotation oscillante définit des angles de battement (T) formant un secteur de rotation oscillante (S) s'étendant, d'une part, au-dessus d'un plan horizontal (H) passant par ledit axe de rotation horizontal primaire (10') et, d'autre part, de part et d'autre d'un axe vertical (V) passant par ledit axe de rotation horizontal primaire (10').
