Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif manipulateur (1) comprenant une colonne (11), un premier arbre (18) de pivotement porté à l'extrémité du mât, et un bras (13) monté pivotant autour dudit arbre de pivotement (18). Un dispositif de freinage comporte une sangle munie d'une garniture de frein (23) qui s'étend autour la surface latérale du premier arbre de pivotement (18). Une chape (24) est fixée à une extrémité de la sangle pour permettre de coupler ladite extrémité de la sangle (22) audit bras (13). Une vis de réglage (21) est fixée à l'autre extrémité de la sangle (22). Un support de vis (15) est fixé au bras (13) et comprend un écrou (16) à l'intérieur duquel est engagée la vis de réglage (21) de manière à permettre de régler le serrage de la sangle (22) contre ledit arbre (18) de pivotement par vissage ou dévissage de ladite vis de réglage (21).
