Abstract

The DC60 motorcycle anti-theft device, as described in this invention, provides a device for locking the motorcycle wheel designed to lock onto the disc brake system on the front wheel. It is provided by a housing designed with grooves that fit over the rim of the disc brake and is secured to one of the front shock absorbers of the motorcycle's front wheel. A locking pin assembled on the housing is pushed through the cooling holes on the disc brake.

On one side of the housing (1) there is a hole (22) for inserting the locking pin (4), which is supported by a spring (3) against the locking pin (4) with a cover (10) for enclosing the cylinder (7) and the locking pin (4), and is secured to the housing (1) with several screws (11). On one side of the housing (1) is a front shock absorber mounting assembly which is unique in that the housing (1) has a groove (19) for fitting onto the edge of the brake disc. The hole (23) is drilled almost the entire length of the housing (1) through the groove (19) almost to the other end of the housing (1), so that the locking pin (4) can pass through the hole on the brake disc (20) almost to the other end of the housing (1), where the locking pin (4) has two recessed grooves (41 and 42) to hold two ball bearings (6). In the unlocked position, the two ball bearings (6) support between the face of the key and the recessed groove (41), causing the locking pin (4) to lock. 1.
