เพื่อเก็บรักษาเอมบริโอของพืชเป็นระยะเวลานาน นำเอมบริโอนั้นมากระทำล่วงหน้าบนตัวกลางซึ่งประกอบด้วยสารช่วยให้เกิด ความดันออสโมซิสก่อนนำมาแช่แข็งถึงอุณหภูมิ -15/-40ฺซ
Claims (4)
1. กรรมวิธีเก็บรักษาเอมบริโอของพืชซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะคือนำเอมบริโอนั้นมากระทำล่วงหน้าบนอาหารเพาะเชื้อที่ประกอบ ด้วย สารช่วยให้เกิดความดันออสโมซิส และภายหลังการกระทำล่วงหน้า นั้น ทำให้เย็นและแช่เย็นถึงอุณหภูมิในช่วงจาก -15ฺซ ถึง -40ฺซ
2. กรรมวิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะคือสาร ช่วยให้เกิดความดันออสโมซิสนั้นคือซูโครส
3. กรรมวิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 2 ซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะคือตัว กลางสำหรับการกระทำล่วงหน้านั้นประกอบด้วยซูโครสในความเข้ม ข้น 75 ถึง 190 กรัมต่อลิต
