วิธีการให้ความชื้นแก่ข้าวสารที่ให้ความชื้นแก่ข้าวสารอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ ทำให้ความชื้นถูกดูดซับโดยการให้ความ ชื้นอย่างเป็นสัดส่วนตามช่วงเวลาโดยที่ปริมาณความชื้นจะไม่ เกิน 0.3% โดยน้ำหนักของข้าวสารที่ผ่านกรรมวิธีในหนึ่งชั่ว โมง
