1. สารผสมใช้ทางปากซึ่งประกอบด้วยวัฎภาคที่ยอมรับซึ่งใช้ทางปาก, สารต่อต้านแบคทีเรียที่ใช้ต่อต้านพลาดพวกลองเซน เทอ เชียรีแอมมีนหรือแคไทโอนิลอย่างน้อยหนึ่งชนิดในปริมาณที่ ใช้ได้ ผลซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดรอยเปื้อนบนพื้นผิวฟันและสารเติมแต่งใน ปริมาณ ซึ่งถือว่าป้องกันการเกิดรอยเปื้อนบนพื้นผิวฟัน, สารเติม แต่ง ดังกล่าวจะเป็นเบสเสรีของอะมิโนกัวนิดีหรือเกลือที่ละลาย น้ำของ สารนั้น ที่เข้ากันได้กับสารต่อต้านแบคทีเรียที่ใช้ต่อต้าน พลาค ดังกล่าว
