The rail fastener is removable for replacement of the concrete sleeper. The rail is flexibly fastened to the concrete sleeper.

Rail fastening system according to claim 1, where the cross-section of the bolt hole is spread apart by a distance equal to the cross-sectional dimension of the rod; the spring is shaped and dimensionally fitted into the base of the rail resting on a support piece installed between the base and the surface; the rod and the bent end are at an angle of approximately 95–140 degrees to each other; the bolt hole is enclosed by an inner surface and has a protruding surface at a position for the bent end to engage with the underside of the protruding surface; the concrete sleeper has additional bolt holes similar to those described earlier and spaced longitudinally along the rail; and the rail fastener has an additional rod, an additional spring, and an additional bent end and is equipped with a connector to connect the upper ends of the two rods. The bent end is on a plane passing through the longitudinal center of the two rods (Clause 8, page 2, figure 4).
