This emulsion, when dried on the skin, encapsulates the fragrance base, preventing its release until perspiration or contact with moisture occurs. Re-encapsulation of the fragrance base occurs upon subsequent skin drying. An improved formulation may include an acrylate/hydroxyacrylate copolymer in the film-forming substrate.
