2. การทำเกษตรสุขภาพตามข้อถือสิทธิ1 ที่ซึ่งจุลินทรีย์พันธุ์ใหม่ จะผลิตมาใช้ คือ Saccharamyces cerevisiae BHLA 499 Lysine-Overproducing Mutant, Rhodotorula rubra RHBM 1919 Beta-Carotene-Overproducing Mutant และ Phaffia rhodozyma PHAM 11 Astaxanthin-Overproducing Mutant
3. การทำเกษตรสุขภาพตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ที่ซึ่งสมุนไพรที่จะนำมาใช้สกัด คัด เลือกจาก ขิง, ข่า, ตระไคร้,สะเดา , ยาสูบ เป็นต้น
