1. สารผสมทางเภสัชกรรมซึ่งประกอบรวมด้วย แกนในยาเม็ด หรือตัวเติมแคปซูล แกนใน หรือตัวเติมซึ่งมี (-)-ซิส-6-ฟีนิล-5-[4-(2-พิร์โรลิดิน-1-อิล เอทอกซี)ฟีนิล]-5,6,7,8-เททระไฮโดรแนพ ทาเลน-2-ออล ยาต้นแบบของสารนั้น หรือเกลือ ไฮเดรต หรือโซลเวตของสารประกอบหรือยาต้น แบบที่ยอมรับได้ทางเภสัชกรรม ประมาณ 0.3 w/w% ถึงประมาณ 14.0 w/w% สารช่วยไม่ให้รวมตัว ประมาณ 3.0 w/w% สารช่วยการไหลของยา ประมาณ 0.5 w/w% สารหล่อลื่นประมาณ 1.0 w/w% และสารทำให้เจือจาง/ตัวเติม 81.0 w/w% ถึงประมาณ 95.0 w/w%
