3.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-2 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง สารให้ความหวานจะได้จาก น้ำตาล, ฟรุกโตส, ซอบีทอล, แอสปาแทม, อะซีซัลเฟรม-เค , ซูคาโรส, เสตียวิโอไซด์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด3. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any of Patents 1-2. Sweeteners may be derived from sugar, fructose, sorbitol, aspartame, acesulfame-K, sucralose, or stevioside, either individually or in combination with at least two of them.
4.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-3 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง สารให้ความหนืดจะได้จาก เพกติน, ซีเอ็มซี, แซนแทนกรัม, คาราจีแนน, อัลจิเนต, ผง บุก, โลคัสบีมกัม, แจลแลนกัม อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด4. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any of Patents 1-3. Thickening agents shall be obtained from pectin, CMC, xanthan gum, carrageenan, alginate, konjac powder, locust bean gum, gellan gum, either individually or in combination with at least two.
5.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-4 ข้อใดข้อ หนึ่ง สารเสริมอาหารจะได้จากวิตามิน, โคเอนไซม์คิวเทน, โอเมก้า-3, คอลลาเจน, ไอ โซฟาโวน, ไลโคปีน, เบต้าแคโรทีน, แคสคอเบท, ไนอาซีน, แคลเซียม, สารสกัดจากใบ แปะก๊วย อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด5. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and dietary supplements as per any one of Patents 1-4. Dietary supplements may be derived from vitamins, coenzyme Q10, omega-3, collagen, isoflavones, lycopene, beta-carotene, carbohydrate, niacin, calcium, or ginkgo biloba leaf extract, either individually or in combination with at least two of them.
6.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-5 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง น้ำ ผลไม้จะได้จาก น้ำส้ม, น้ำแอปเปิ้ล, น้ำองุ่น, น้ำสตรอเบอร์รี่, น้ำลิ้นจี่, น้ำสับปะรด, น้ำ มะนาว, อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด6. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any one of Patents 1-5. The fruit juice may be from orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, strawberry juice, lychee juice, pineapple juice, or lemon juice, either individually or in combination with at least two types.
7.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-6 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง เนื้อผลไม้จะได้จาก น้ำส้ม, เนื้อแอปเปิ้ล, เนื้อองุ่น, เนื้อสตรอเบอร์รี่, เนื้อลิ้นจี่, เนื้อ สับปะรด, น้ำมะนาว, อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด7. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any one of Patents 1-6. Fruit pulp may be obtained from orange juice, apple pulp, grape pulp, strawberry pulp, lychee pulp, pineapple pulp, or lemon juice, either individually or in combination with at least two types.
8.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-7 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง กลิ่นสังเคราะห์จะได้จาก กลิ่นแอปเปิ้ลสังเคราะห์, กลิ่นองุ่นสังเคราะห์, กลิ่นสตรอเบอร์รี่ สังเคราะห์, กลิ่นลิ้นจี่สังเคราะห์, กลิ่นสับปะรดสังเคราะห์, กลิ่นมะนาวสังเคราะห์, อย่าง ใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด8. Synthetic flavors may be obtained from: synthetic apple flavor, synthetic grape flavor, synthetic strawberry flavor, synthetic lychee flavor, synthetic pineapple flavor, synthetic lemon flavor, either individually or in combination with at least two types.
9.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-8 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง สี ผสมอาหารจะได้จาก สีตาร์ตาซีน, สีซันเซทเยลโล่, สีบิลเลี่ยนบลู, สีปองโซ, สีคาร์โมซีน , อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด9. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any one of Patents 1-8. Food coloring may be obtained from Tartacine, Sunset Yellow, Billion Blue, Ponceau, or Chamozine, either individually or in combination with at least two of them.
10.น้ำหวานเข้มข้นผสมน้ำผลไม้และสารเสริมอาหารตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-8 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง สารกันเสียจะได้จาก แคลเซียมเบนโซเอท, แคลเซียมซอเบรท, โปแทสเซียมซอเบรท อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือใช้ร่วมกันอย่างน้อยสองชนิด10. Concentrated syrup mixed with fruit juice and food additives as per any one of Patents 1-8. Preservatives may be obtained from calcium benzoate, calcium sorbate, potassium sorbate, either individually or in combination with at least two.
