Abstract

Methods to improve the dispersion of plant fibers where the plant fiber is obtained by spreading the plant material is passed through at least one roller. Claims (8)

1. A method of improving the distribution of phytochemicals consisting of episodic passage of plant fibers obtained by opening the shell of plant material. With at least one set of rollers in a non-hydrophobic place to improve the distribution of plant fibers. Each or all of the rollers consists of at least two separate rollers with a number of tines or fins and rotates in one direction to each other, so shear forces are applied to the fibers during the surface moving in reverse. 2. The method described in claim 1, where the teeth or flanges on each roller are arranged in an inclined row at an angle to the spindle of the roller. 3. Methods specified in claim 1 or 2, where the moisture area of the plant fibers during the passage of the roller is 10% or more. 4.
