Abstract
ในการผลิตเสาเข็ม(9,14) ซึ่งใช้ในการรับภาระแรงกดดันและความเต้นตึง หรือเพื่อเป็นชิ้นส่วนเสริมความแข็งแรงในเนื้อ เติมนั้น วัสดุแถบแบน (4) จะถูกดึงคลายตัวออกจากม้วน(3) ของวัสดุแถบแบนแล้วจึงถูกนำป้อนผ่าน เข้าไปในชุดอุปกรณ์ ขึ้นรูปด้วยลูกกลิ้งหมุน (6) ซึ่งภายในนั้นวัสดุแถบแบนจะ ถูกขึ้นรูปด้วยลูกกลิ้งและถ้ามีความต้องการแล้วยังสามารถทำ ให้มีลักษณะที่มันจะดัดตัวโค้งไปในแนวทิศทางที่มันเคลื่อน ที่ฝังลงไปในดิน ได้ด้วย เสาเข็ม (9,14) ที่ได้รับการขึ้นรูปดังกล่าวจะถูก ขับออกจากชุดอุปกรณ์ขึ้นรูป ด้วยลูกกลิ้งหมุน(6) ด้วยแรงกด ดันเพื่อให้กดฝังลงไปทางด้านล่างหรือไปทางด้านข้างเข้าไปใน เนื้อของชั้นดิน (10,13,16,19) และเมื่อเสาเข็ม (9,14) ถูก กดดันลงไปถึงความลึกและ/หรือ ถึงความยาวของเสาเข็มที่ต้อง การแล้ว เสาเข็ม (9,14) ก็จะถูกตัดให้ขาดที่ระดับเสมอพอดี หรือใกล้เคียงกับระดับของผิวดิน (10,13,16,19)

1. วิธีการในการผลิตเสาเข็ม(9,14) ขึ้นเองทันทีก่อนหน้าที่จะใช้ในงานวางฐานราก งานเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของพื้นดิน หรือเพื่อจุดมุ่งหมายในการสร้างความมั่นคงของชั้นดิน โดย ทั้งนี้จะมีลักษณะที่วัสดุแถบแบน(4) ซึ่งมักจะทำด้วยเหล็ก กล้าถูกดึงกลายตัวออกมาจากม้วน(3) แล้วถูกนำป้อนผ่านเข้าไป ในชุดอุปกรณ์ขึ้นรูปด้วยลูกกลิ้ง (6) ซึ่งภายในชุดอุปกรณ์ ขึ้นรูปนี้วัสดุแถบแบนจะถูกทำให้เสียรูปในแบบพลาสติก (plastic deformation) ด้วยการยึดตัวออกตามแนวยาว โดยในการนี้แถบแบนจะถูกบังคับ ขึ้นรูปร่างภาคตัดขวางเป็นไปตามที่ได้ถูกกำหแท็ก :
