A compound with the formula (I) as claimed in Reputation 4 where R12 and R13 each independently being hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkoxy. 6. A compound with the formula (I) as claimed in Reputation 1 where R2 is hydrogen, halogen, or C1-4 alkyl. 7. A compound with the formula (I) as claimed in claim 1 where R3 is hydrogen or methyl. 8. A compound with the formula (I) as claimed in claim 1 where Het is pyrazoleyl. 9. 3-difluoromethyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (9-isopropyl 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,4methano-naphthalene-5-yl)-amide with the formula: (chemical formula). 10. A compound with the formula (I) as claimed in claim 1 where Het is pyrazoleyl. 11. A mixture for the control of microorganisms and prevention of damage and disturbance to plants caused by microorganisms, where the active ingredient is. 12.
