Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1): donde Het es un anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene uno a tres heteroátomos, cada uno independientemente seleccionado de oxigeno, nitrogeno y azufre, el anillo está sustituido con los grupos R10, R11 y R12, R1 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, CH2C:::CR13, CH2CR14=CHR15, CH=C=CH2 o COR16; R2 y R3 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o haloalcoxi C1-4; R4 y R5 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo o alquilo C1-6; R6 y R7 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-4, o haloalcoxi C1-4, o R6 y R7 juntos forman un grupo alquilideno C1-6 opcionalmente sustituido con halo, ciano o nitro, o juntos forman un grupo =NO-alquilo C1-6; R8 y R9 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-4 o haloalcoxi C1-4 o R8 y R9 juntos forman un grupo alquilideno C1-6 opcionalmente sustituido con halo, ciano o nitro, o juntos forman un grupo =NO-alquilo C1-6, siempre que al menos uno de R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 y R9 sea diferente de hidrogeno, que cuando R4 es metilo ni R6 ni R7 sea metilo y que cuando R5 es metilo ni R8 ni R9 sea metilo; R10, R11 y R12 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo, ciano, nitro, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4 o haloalcoxi C1-4, siempre que al menos uno de R10, R11 y R12 sea diferente de hidrogeno, R13, R14 y R15 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, halo, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4; y R16 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C14-alquilo C1-4, alquiltio C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o arilo.Preparation of these compounds, to new intermediaries used in the preparation of these compounds, to agrochemical compositions comprising at least one of the new compounds as active ingredient, to the preparation of the mentioned compositions and to the use of the active ingredients or compositions in agriculture or horticulture to control or prevent infestation of plants by phytopathogenic microorganisms, preferably fungi. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1): wherein Het is a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing one to three heteroatoms, each independently selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, the ring is substituted with the groups R10, R11 and R12, R1 is hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 haloalkoxy, CH2C ::: CR13, CH2CR14 = CHR15, CH = C = CH2 or COR16; R 2 and R 3 are each independently hydrogen, halo, C 1-4 alkyl, C 1-4 alkoxy, C 1-4 haloalkyl or C 1-4 haloalkoxy; R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, halo or C1-6 alkyl; R6 and R7 are each independently hydrogen, halo, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, or C1-4 haloalkoxy, or R6 and R7 together form a C1-6 alkylidene group optionally substituted with halo , cyano or nitro, or together form a group = NO-C1-6 alkyl; R8 and R9 are each independently hydrogen, halo, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxy or C1-4 haloalkoxy or R8 and R9 together form a C1-6 alkylidene group optionally substituted with halo, cyano or nitro, or together they form a group = NO-C1-6 alkyl, provided that at least one of R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 is different from hydrogen, that when R4 is methyl neither R6 nor R7 is methyl and that when R5 is methyl neither R8 nor R9 is methyl; R10, R11 and R12 are each independently hydrogen, halo, cyano, nitro, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxy-C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkoxy-C1-4 alkyl or haloalkoxy C1-4, provided that at least one of R10, R11 and R12 is different from hydrogen, R13, R14 and R15 are each independently hydrogen, halo, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl or C1-4 alkoxy C1-4 alkyl; and R16 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C14 alkoxy-C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkylthio-C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy or aryl.
