Claims (3)
1. มิวแทนด์ของ IBDV ซีโรไทพ์ 1 ที่ประกอบด้วยบริเวณให้รหัสโปรตีน VP3 และ VP4 ในท่อน A ของจีโนมของไวรัส แสดง ลักษณะจำเพาะที่ว่ามิวแทนด์นี้ประกอบด้วยบริเวณให้รหัส สร้างโปรตีน VP3 และ/ หรือ VP4 ของ IBDV ซีโรไทพ์ 2
2. มิวแทนด์ตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 แสดงลักษณะจำเพาะที่ว่า โปรตีน VP3 และ VP4 ของซีโรไทพ์ 2 มีลำดับกรดอะมิโนดังแสดง ไว้ใน SEQ ID No.2
3. มิวแทนด์ตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 หรือ 2 แสดงลักษณะ จำเพาะที่ว่ามิวแทนด์นี้เป็นไวรัสที่มีความ รุนแรงน้อย ปาน กลาง หรือ มาก แท็ก :
