Claims (6)
1. เกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดมาลีอิกของ 5 - ( 2 - เอธิน -2 H - เตตราโซล - 5 -อิล ) - 1 - เมธิล - 1 , 2, 3, 6 -เต ตราไฮโดรไพริดีน
2. เกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดมาลีอิกตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ซึ่งเป็นเกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดโมโน - มาลีอิก
3. สารผสมทางเภสัชกรรมที่ประกอบรวมด้วยเกลือที่มีการเตม กรดมาลีอิกตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ถึง 2 ร่วมกับสารพาหะหรือ ตัวเจือจางที่เป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชกรรมอย่างน้อย 1 ตัว
4. การใช้เกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดมาลีอิกตามข้อถือสิทธิ ที่ 1 ถึง 2 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่งสำหรับการเตรียมสารผสมทางเภสัช กรรมสำหรับการบำบัดอาการผิดปกติ หรือโรคที่มีสาเหตุมาจาก การทำหน้าที่ที่บกพร่องของระบบอะเซทิลโคลีน ( Ac Ch ) หรือมัสคารินิค
5. การใช้ตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 4 ที่ซึ่งโรคหรืออาการผิดปกติ คือ โรคอัลไซเมอร์ , อาการบาดเจ็บของสมองที่บาดแผล หรือ อาการผิดปกติทางจิต
6. วิธีการเตรียมเกลือที่ได้จากการเตมกรดมาลีอิกตามข้อถือ สิทธิที่ 1 ถึง 2 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ซึ่มีลักษณะจำเพาะที่ว่า เกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดถูกตะกอนมาจากสารละลาย 5 - ( 2 - เอธิน - 2 H - เตตราโซล - 5 -อิล ) - 1 - เมธิล - 1 , 2, 3, 6 -เตตราไฮโดรไพริดีน , THF และกรดมาลีอิก (ข้อถือสิทธิ 6 ข้อ, 1 หน้า, 0 รูป) 0
