Abstract
การผลิตสารที่มีแอนติบอดีจำเพาะ หรือทรานสเฟอร์-แฟกเตอร์จำเพาะ ผลิตได้จากไข่แดง ไข่ขาว หรือทั้ง 2 ส่วนของไข่จากแม่ไก่ที่ผ่านการทำให้สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันต่อแอนติเจนที่คัดเลือกเช่น จุลินทรีย์ที่ทำให้เกิดโรค สารดังกล่าวมีฤทธิ์ต่อต้านแอนติเจน และมีประโยชน์มากในการใช้ป้องกันสัตว์จากการถูกโจมตีโดยแอนติเจนชนิดเดียวกันกับที่ใช้สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันในแม่ไก่ และยังมีประโยชน์ในการเสริมในอาหารสัตว์เครื่องสำอาง และยาส่วนสารที่คล้ายคลึงทรานสเฟอร์แฟกเตอร์แยกได้จากลำดับส่วนของไข่แดง ไข่ขาว หรือไข่ทั้งหมดที่มีสารมีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลสูงสุด 10,000 สิทธิบัตรยา
