Abstract

The DC60 dry fertilizer spreader consists of a unit mounted on the rear of a vehicle. The frame of the spreader receives power from the vehicle's power shaft via a centrifugal disc with a steel plate on top. This disc distributes the fertilizer to the rear, driven by a screw auger mounted at the bottom of the fertilizer hopper. Assisting wheels drive the auger and also rotate the fertilizer using a steel rod, ensuring even distribution of the dry fertilizer. A steel chain transmits power, allowing for the spreading of all types of dry fertilizers in agricultural fields. 1. Dry Fertilizer Spreading Equipment: This equipment consists of a tractor body to which a dry fertilizer spreading equipment is attached to the rear of the vehicle. The equipment has a specific design and consists of a dry fertilizer spreading equipment frame (1) which is powered by the vehicle's drive shaft (2) through a crankshaft (3) with a steel plate (4) mounted on top to distribute the fertilizer out the rear, which is driven by a pinion (5) mounted at the bottom of the fertilizer hopper (6) and driven by a auxiliary wheel (7) which not only helps drive the pinion but also helps rotate the manure with a steel rod (8), making the dry fertilizer move more evenly (9) with a steel chain (10) to transmit power, allowing the spreading of all types of dry fertilizer in the agricultural plot.
