Abstract
การเตรียมเฮพาไททิส บี วัคซีนแห้งที่ประกอบด้วย แอนติเจนผิวหน้าของเฮพาไททิสบีไวรัส ที่บริสุทธิ์ซึ่งเตรียมได้จากกรีคอมบิแนนท์จุลินทรีย์ที่สามารถผลิต HBs แอนติเจนได้และแอนติเจนนี้ดูดซับอยู่บนอะลูมินัมเจลและถูกทำให้แห้งในขณะที่มีสารที่ทำให้เสถียรอยู่ด้วยสามารถทำได้โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้คือ เติมอะลูมินัมเจลและสารที่ทำให้เสถียรลงไปใน HBs แอนติเจนบริสุทธิ์ที่มาจากรีคอมบิแนนท์แล้วนำสารผสมไปให้ทำแห้งโดยการแช่แข็งภายใต้ความดัน ผลิตภัณฑ์แห้งที่เตรียมได้ดังกล่าวสามารถเก็บไว้ได้อย่างเสถียรเป็นระยะนานโดยไม่สูญเสียแอติเจนไทเทอร์และมีประโยชน์มากในการนำมาใช้ป้องกันการติดเชื้อโดยเฮพาไททิสบีไวรัส สิทธิบัตรยา
Claims (1)
1. ระยางค์เทียมเต่า ซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะ คือ ส่วนครีบ (1) ของกายอุปกรณ์ดัดให้มีรูปร่าง คล้ายใบพัด หรือปีกเครื่องบิน ยึดด้านล่างด้วยแผ่นบานพับ (2) ในลักษณะเหมือนใบพาย ส่วนเบ้า (3) ของกายอุปกรณ์ดัดให้เข้ารูปกับตอแขนของเต่าแต่ละตัวโดยเว้าในตำแหน่งที่มีปุ่มกระดูกและ บานขอบเบ้าออกซึ่งเป็นการลดแรงที่จุดรับแรงกดทับ และรองด้านในด้วยแผ่นโพลิยูริเทน เพื่อให้เกิด ความกระชับมั่นคง ลดการเสียดสีขณะเหวี่ยงแขน ส่วนสายรั้งตอแขน (4) ทำมาจากสายโพลิเอ สเตอร์ (polyester) ซึ่งยึดเพื่อแขวนตอแขนในตำแหน่งที่สัมพันธ์กั
