Abstract

DC60 (03/04/43) This invention provides a resin-printed thin membrane that is densely laminated to create a highly lustrous decorative surface. This surface exhibits or exceeds the lustrous decorative patterns of conventional polyvinyl chloride resin laminates and possesses superior surface physical properties, such as stain resistance, solvent resistance, and others. The highly lustrous decorative surface is achieved by densely laminating the resin membranes as described above. The resin-bonding layer is made of copolyester laminate, the color layer and the base layer are made of polybutylene terephthalate resin laminate, or a combination of a printed pattern layer and a clear resin surface layer. The layers are layered sequentially from the bottom to create a thin, resin-printed, and tightly laminated decorative sheet with a highly distinctive glossy appearance. This laminated, resin-printed, and tightly laminated sheet is then bonded to a base plate such as wood, metal, inorganic board, or other materials to create a decorative surface. This invention results in a thin, resin-printed, and tightly laminated decorative sheet with a highly distinctive glossy appearance, exhibiting or even superior decorative patterns compared to traditional polyvinyl chloride resin laminates. It also possesses excellent surface physical properties such as stain resistance, solvent resistance, and others. The highly distinctive glossy appearance is achieved by layering thin resin sheets as described above. The layer with the resin adhesive is made of a thin copolyester membrane; the layer with the colored resin and the base layer, which form the printed surface, are made of a thin polybutylene terephthalate resin membrane; or layers with printed patterns and layers with a clear resin surface are layered and compressed in sequence from the bottom layer onwards. This creates a highly glossy, printed resin sheet, which is then bonded to a base plate such as wood, metal, inorganic board, or other materials to create the decorative surface.

Claims (13)

1. A resin-printed thin membrane is a layered, highly detailed decorative sheet created by stacking layers of resin-bonded, resin-based, rigid, printed, patterned, and clear resin-faced layers in a layered, ascending order. The printed layer is built on the underside of the clear resin-faced layer and is constructed from the patterned and rigid printed layers superimposed on the resin-based layer. The membrane is formed by stacking resin-bonded and resin-based layers made of polybutylene terephthalate resin together in a way that the layers are bonded together by pressure and fused together by heat as they are passed between hot rollers. 2. Resin-printed thin membranes are used for the dense stacking of highly sharp decorative panels. These panels are created by the dense stacking of layers: a resin-bonded layer, a resin-colored layer, a printed pattern layer, a resin-based layer, and a clear resin-faced layer, in an ascending sequence. The printed pattern layer is created on top of the resin-colored layer of the thin membrane, which is formed by the dense stacking of the resin-bonded and resin-colored layers. The resin-based layer, made from polybutylene terephthalate resin, is overlaid on the printed pattern layer. The layers are densely stacked together in a way that they are fused together by pressure and heat, passed between hot rollers. The clear resin-faced layer is densely stacked with the resin-based layer using an intermediate bonding layer. 3. The resin-printed membrane is a thin, densely layered sheet used for creating highly detailed decorative panels. This is achieved by stacking layers of resin-bonded, resin-colored, rigid, patterned, resin-based, and clear resin-faced layers in a hierarchical order. The rigid layer is built on top of the resin-colored layer of the membrane, which is constructed by stacking the resin-bonded and colored layers together. The patterned layer is built on top of the rigid layer. The resin-based layer, made from polybutylene terephthalate resin, is stacked on top of the patterned layer. The layers are densely stacked together in a way that they are fused together by pressure and heat as they are passed between hot rollers. The clear resin-faced layer is densely stacked with the resin-based layer using an intermediate bonding layer. 4. A resin-printed thin membrane is used as a plate for the dense stacking of decorative plates according to Patent 2 or 3, where the embossing process is performed on the surface of the resin-based plate layer using an embossing roller, and the resin membrane, including the printed plate layer, is created by applying ink, which is created by filling in the concave areas to form an embossed pattern created by the ink embossing process. 5. A resin-printed thin membrane for the compact stacking of highly sharp decorative panels as described in any one of Patents 1 through 3, where the resin-faced layer is constructed from a thin polyester resin membrane bonded in a dual-axial manner. 6. A thin membrane printed with resin is used for the dense stacking of highly sharp decorative panels as per claim 5, where the polyester resin is a polyethylene terephthalate resin. 7. A resin-printed thin membrane is used for the compact lamination of highly sharp decorative panels as per any one of Patents 1 through 3, where the resin-faced layer is constructed from a thin polycarbonate membrane. 8. A resin-printed thin membrane is used for the compact stacking of highly sharp decorative panels as per any one of Patents 1 through 3, where the resin-faced layer is constructed from a thin acrylic resin membrane. 9. Extremely sharp decorative sheet where a resin-printed membrane is used as a sheet for the compact stacking of any one of the extremely sharp decorative sheets described in Patents 1 through 8, and is compacted against at least one surface of the base sheet on which the resin membrane is compacted. 10. An extremely sharp decorative sheet pursuant to claim 9, whereby a base sheet and a resin-printed membrane are compressed together by an intermediate bonding layer. 11. An extremely sharp decorative sheet as per claim 9 or 10, where the base sheet is made of a metal plate. 12. A decorative panel of extremely sharp edges according to claim 9 or 10, where the base panel is made of wood. 13. A decorative panel with an extremely sharp edge according to claim 9 or 10, where the base panel is constructed from a board.
