Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวกับสารดีริเวทีฟใหม่ของ10-ฮาโล-อี-โฮโมเบอร์เนน( new 10-halo -e-homoeburnanederivatives) ซึ่งมีสูตรทั่วไป(1) (สูตรเคมี) ที่ซึ่ง R2 เป็นกลุ่มอัลคิลของ C1-6 (C1-6 alkyl group ) และ X เป็นฮาโลเจน(halogen ) และเกลือที่ได้จากากรเติมกรดซึ่งเป็นเกลือที่ยอมรับกันทางเภสัชกรรม,อีพิเมอร์ (epimers) และสารดีริเวทีฟ (derivatives) ที่เป็นสาร optically active การประดิษฐ์นี้ยังเกี่ยวข้องกับส่วนประกอบทางเภสัชซึ่งมี สารประกอบอย่างน้อยหนึ่งตัว ดังที่ได้นิยามไว้ข้างต้น นอก จากนี้ยังเกี่ยวกับขบวนการเตรียมของสารประกอบใหม่นี้และ ส่วนประกอบทางเภสัชดังกล่าว สิทธิบัตรยา

1. ขบวนการสำหรับเตรียมสารประกอบที่มีสูตร (1) สูตร เมื่อ R2 คือกลุ่ม C1-6 แอลคิล และ X คือ ฮาโลเจนหรืออีพิเมอร์ , สาร optically active หรือเกลือที่ได้จาการเติมกรดซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชกรรมดังกล่าว โดยนำเรเซมิคหรือสาร optically active ของ 9- ฮาโล ? ออกทาไฮโดรอินโดโล ? ควิโนลิซีน (9- halo- octahydroindolo ? quinolisine derivative ) ที่มีสูตร (2) สูตร เมื่อ R2 และ X ถูกกำหนดไว้แล้วข้างบนและ R1 คือกลุ่มC1-6 แอลคิล หรือเกลือที่ได้จากการเติมกรดของสารนั้นดังกล่าว ไปทำปฏิกิริยากับด่างแก
2. ขบวนการที่อ้างในข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 มีลักษณะที่ว่าอัลกอฮอเลทของโลหะอัลคาไล ถูกนำมาใช้เป็นด่าง
