Abstract

DC60 (28/06/42) is a highly reactive dye exhibiting a fixation value (F) of 95% or greater on cellulose-derived materials, as measured by the technical fixation test (at a standard depth of 2:1). Furthermore, this compound demonstrates high utilization, high efficiency (T), and significant improvements in: reducing dye residue in the discharge water; increasing dye affinity to the dyed material; enhancing dye-material covalent bonding; improving dyeing ability at room temperature; reducing the amount of dye removed during the post-dyeing "soap washing" process, thus simplifying the "soap washing" process—a common practice in cotton dyeing with reactive dyes—and reducing staining of adjacent white fabrics. In addition, the prepared compound provides a more intense dyeing and requires less salt for dyeing cotton materials. The reactive dye exhibits a fixation value (F) of 95% or greater on cellulose-derived materials, as measured by the technical fixation test (at a standard depth of 2:1). Claims (13)

1. A highly reactive dye with a color fixation value (F) of 95% or greater on cellulose-derived materials, as measured by the Technical Color Fixation Test Method (at a standard depth of 2:1). 2. Reactive dyes as per claim 1, with a color fixation value of 97% or greater. 3. Reactive dyes as per claim 2, with a color fixation value of 99% or greater. 4. Reactive dyes according to claim paragraph 3, having a utilization value (E) of 95% or greater as measured by a technical utilization test method. 5. Reactive dyes as per claim paragraph 4, with a usage rate of 90% or more. 6. Reactive dyes as per claim paragraph 5, with a utilization rate of 95% or greater. 7. Reactive dyes as per claim paragraph 6, with a utilization rate of 97% or greater. 8. Reactive dyes as per claim clause 7, with a utilization rate of 99% or greater. 9. Reactive dyes with an efficacy value (T) of approximately 86.5% or higher should be used; ideally, 90% or higher. 10. The reactive dye according to claim 9 has an effectiveness of approximately 93% or more (at a standard depth of 2:1). 11. A highly reactive dye as per claim 10 with an efficacy of approximately 95% or greater. 12. A highly reactive dye as per claim 11 with an efficacy of approximately 97% or greater. 13.
