DC60 (30/08/42) เตรียมโพลีคาร์บอเนตที่เสถียรต่อ UV หรือ ดัดแปลงอื่นโดยการรวมโพลีคาร์บอเนต, สารตั้งต้น โพลีเมอไรเซชั่นอนุมูล และโมเลกุลของสารทำให้ เสถียรต่อ UV หรือสารเติมแต่งอื่น ดังเช่น สารหน่วง ไฟหรือสารเติมแต่ง IR ที่มีหมู่ทำปฏิกิริยาที่ไวต่อ การโจมตีอนุมูลในสารหลอม เหลว , สารทำให้เสถียร ต่อ UV หรือ สารเติมแต่งอื่นถูกโพลีเมอไรซ์แบบ กราฟต์ไปเป็นโพลี คาร์บอเนตเพื่อเกิดเป็นโพลีคาร์ บอเนตดัดแปลง วิธีสามารถปฏิบัติได้โดยใช้ บิส- ฟีนอล- A(BPA)โพลีคาร์บอเนต ปฏิกิริยาอาจ ดำเนินการได้ในเครื่องอัดรีด เตรียมโพลีคาร์บอเนตที่เสถียรต่อ UV หรือดัดแปลงอื่นโดยการรวมโพลีคาร์บอเนต, สารตั้งต้น โพลีเมอไรเซชั่นอนุมูล และโมเลกุลของสารทำให้ เสถียรต่อ UV หรือสารเติมแต่งอื่น ดังเช่น สารหน่วง ไฟหรือสารเติมแต่ง IR ที่มีหมู่ทำปฏิกิริยาที่ไวต่อ การโจมตีอนุมูลในสารหลอมเหลว, สารทำให้เสถียร ต่อ UV หรือ สารเติมแต่งอื่นถูกโพลีเมอไรซ์แบบ กราฟต์ไปเป็นโพลีคาร์บอเนตเพื่อเกิดเป็นโพลีคาร์ บอเนตดัดแปลง วิธีสามารถปฏิบัติได้โดยใช้ บิส- ฟีนอล- A (BPA) โพลีคาร์บอเนต ปฏิกิริยาอาจ ดำเนินการได้ในเครื่องอัดรีด

1.วิธีสำหรับการเตรียมโพลีคาร์บอเนตดัดแปลงที่ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนของการรวมโพลีคาร์บอเนต,สารตั้งต้นโพลีเมอ ไรเซชั่นอนุมูล และโมเลกุลของสารเติมแต่งดัดแปลงที่มีส่วน โมเลกุลดัดแปลงและหมู่ทำปฎิกิริยาที่ไวต่อการโจมตีอนุมูลใน สารหลอมเหลว ซึ่งโมเลกุลของสารเติมแต่งดัดแปลงถูกโพลี เมอไรซ์แบบกราฟต์ไปเป็นโพลีคาร์บอเนตเพื่อเกิดเป็น โพลีคาร์บอเนตดัดแปลง
2.วิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่งดำเนินการโพลีเมอไรเซชั่น แบบกราฟต์ในเครื่องอัดรีด
3.วิธีตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่งสารเติมแต่งดัดแปลงคือสาร ทำให้เสถียรต่อ UV
