2.เบนซามีด ที่มีสูตร I ตามที่ข้อถือสิทธิในข้อถือสิทธิ ที่ 1 ซึ่ง R2 คือไฮโดรเจน, C1-C4-แคลคูรัล, เมธอกซิ,ฟลูออรีน, คลอรีน,หรือโบรมีน R3 คือ -CH2-เฟนิล,-CH2- ไซโคลเฮกซิล หรือ -CH2-อินโดลิล ซึ่งอาจถูกแทนที่ โดย R4 และ R1,x,n และ o แต่ละชนิด เหมือนกับที่นิยามไว้ในข้อถือ สิทธิที่ 1
