1. เซลล์ลูกผสมที่มีคุณสมบัติสร้างแอนติบอดี้ที่จำเพาะต่อพาหะอัลฟาธาลาสซีเมีย และสามารถแบ่งตัวได้เร็ว เซลล์ลูกผสมนี้สร้างโดยแยกและทำบริสุทธิ์โปรตีนที่จะเพาะต่อพาหะอัลฟาธาลาสซี เมีย นำไปชักนำให้เม็ดเลือดขาวชนิด บี เซลล์ (B Cell) ของสัตว์ทดลองสร้างแอนติบิดี้ นำบี เซลล์ของสัตว์ทดลองนี้ไปผสมกับเซลล์ที่มีคุณสมบัติแบ่งตัวได้เร็ว ได้เซลล์ลูกผสมที่มีคุณสมบัติ สร้างแอนติบิดี้จำเพาะต่อพาหะอัลฟาธาลาสซีเมีย และมีความสามารถแบ่งตัวได้เร็ว
