Claims (18)

1. The cleaning pad consists of an outer layer and an absorbent core placed between the outer layers, where at least one outer layer allows liquid to pass through. The cleaning pad has a bending resistance of 70 mm or more in the dry state and 60 mm or more when the pad is wet, where the weight of the water is four times the weight of the cleaning pad in the dry state, measured by the support arm method according to JIS/LI096 using a test piece of a cleaning pad with a width of 25 mm. 2. Cleaning pads according to claim 1, where the absorbent core has a base weight of 25 g/m² or more up to 60.25 g/m² or less and contains 20% or more hydrophilic fibers by weight up to 80% or less. 3. Cleaning pads according to claim 2, where the hydrophilic fibers are hydrophilic heat-resistant plastic fibers and the absorbent core is a non-woven fabric manufactured by heat bonding together hydrophilic heat-resistant plastic fibers. 4. The cleaning pad under claim 3, whereby the said absorbent core is a non-woven, air-permeated, bonded fabric produced by the melting and bonding of hydrophilic, heat-resistant plastic fibers in hot air. 5. Cleaning pads as per claim 1, where at least one outer pad has a base weight of 25 g/m² or more up to 55 g/m² or less and contains 30% by weight or more absorbent fibers up to 70% by weight or less and 30% by weight or more hydrophilic fibers up to 70% by weight or less. 6. Cleaning pads as per claim 5, where the outer pad contains hydrophilic fibers. 7. Cleaning sheet according to claim 1 where at least one outer sheet has a base weight of 25 g/m² or more up to 55 g/m² and the outer sheet has a two-piece structure consisting of a face layer and a back layer, and the back layer has more absorbent fibers than the face layer. 8. Cleaning pads according to claim 7 where the surface layer contains 0% by weight or more to 70% by weight or less absorbent fibers and 30% by weight or more to 100% by weight or less hydrophilic fibers; and where the combined surface and back layers contain 35% by weight or more to 70% by weight or less absorbent fibers and 30% by weight or more to 65% by weight or less hydrophilic fibers. 9. Cleaning pads pursuant to claim patent 8, where hydrophilic fibers are present on the surface layer. 10. Cleaning pads pursuant to claim 5, where each outer layer is a non-woven fabric produced by the interlocking of absorbent and hydrophilic fibers. 11. Cleaning sheets pursuant to claim 10, where at least one sheet of the outer sheet is wrinkled. 12. A cleaning pad under claim 1 where the outer pad and the absorbent core are bonded together on transversely constructed connecting lines in which a greater number of fibers are arranged in the outer pad. 13. The cleaning pad pursuant to claim 12, whereby the aforementioned bonding lines are created by applying heat to the outer pad and the absorbent core under pressure and melting and bonding together the heat-resistant plastic fibers contained within the outer pad and the absorbent core. 14. Cleaning plate as per claim 13, where the bonding lines mentioned are in a wave or sawtooth pattern. 15. Cleaning sheet pursuant to claim 13, where the spacing of the connecting lines is shorter than the length of the fibers comprising the outer sheet. 16. Cleaning pads according to claim 15, where the length of the absorbent fibers in the outer pad is 30 mm - 60 mm and the spacing of the connecting wires arranged is 5-30 mm. 17. The cleaning sheet under claim 1, where the bending tolerance of the areas on both sides of the cleaning sheet held on the wiper is lower than the bending tolerance of the central area of the cleaning sheet. 18. The cleaning plate pursuant to claim 17, where the area referred to which the cleaning plate is held by the cleaning plate is raised, reducing the resistance to bending of the area (Clause 18, page 2, figure 5).
