Disposable absorbent underwear consisting of a front, back, and a cleft section inserted between the two sections. The hanging flaps are secured at the edge, creating a crease before wearing between the edge and the base of the hanging flaps. The arrangement of the creases decreases from the top of the hanging flaps to the bottom and is maintained by the free ends using a fastening mechanism. The first, stronger binding, which is more rigid than its own hanging flaps, is formed by at least the front and back panels, each extending towards opposite ends along the length of the panel. A second, hanging flap is then incorporated, designed to release its tension from the first binding mechanism.
