(D) The absorbent pad, which is a general U-shaped support structure, (a) is positioned in the cleft area and attached to the inner surface of the underwear, (b) the open end of the U-shaped support structure faces the waist opening, (c) the closed end of the U-shaped support structure is attached so that it floats at least 10 mm away from the convex attachment line of the cleft area.
