การประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นขบวนการที่ต่อเนื่องกัน เพื่อชลอมิให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณลักษระต่าง ๆ ของรำข้าว เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกลิ่น ปริมาณกรดไขมัน และความชื้น ทั้งนี้โดยการให้รำข้าวมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพ ด้วยการเพิ่มประมาณความชื้น ให้ความร้อน และทำให้เกิดความร้อยภายใต้ความกดดันสูงโดยใช้เวลาจำกัด และการลดอุณหภูมิ ความกดดันและปริมาตรความชื้นลงอย่างเฉียบพลัน ตลอดจนการเก็บโดยใช้สถานที่เก็บทีได้รับการควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น

- : การประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นขบวนการที่ต่อเนื่องกัน เพื่อชลอมิให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณลักษระต่าง ๆ ของรำข้าว เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกลิ่น ปริมาณกรดไขมัน และความชื้น ทั้งนี้โดยการให้รำข้าวมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพ ด้วยการเพิ่มประมาณความชื้น ให้ความร้อน และทำให้เกิดความร้อยภายใต้ความกดดันสูงโดยใช้เวลาจำกัด และการลดอุณหภูมิ ความกดดันและปริมาตรความชื้นลงอย่างเฉียบพลัน ตลอดจนการเก็บโดยใช้สถานที่เก็บทีได้รับการควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น ข้อถือสิทธิ์ (ข้อที่หนึ่ง) ซึ่งจะปรากฏบนหน้าประกาศโฆษณา : กรรมวิธีอันที่จะทำให้รำข้าวคงสภาพและคุณสมบัติไว้ได้ในระยะเวลานาน เพื่อใช้ทั้งในทางอุตสาหกรรมสกัดน้ำมันรำข้าวและการเลี้ยงสัตว์ และเพื่อประโยชน์อื่น ๆ อันคล้ายคลึงกันอันประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ กล่าวคือ การเพิ่มปริมาณน้ำเมื่อได้นำรำข้าวลงในถังกวนแล้วให้อัตราประมาณร้อยละ 16 ขอปริมาตรทั้งหมดแล้ว เพิ่มอุณหภูมิของรำข้าวที่ผสมกับน้ำแล้ว เป็นอุณหภูมิประมาณ 100 องศาเซลเซียสโดยตรงและโดยไอน้ำร้อน ทั้งนี้ให้มีอัตราน้ำต่อรำข้าวคงอยู่ในอัตราประมาณร้อยละ 16 ของปริมาตรทั้งหมด แล้วส่งผ่านไปตามท่อซึ่งมีเครื่แท็ก :
