Abstract
น้ำยาตรวจหาไวรัส โดยอาศัยปฏิกิริยาการเกาะกลุ่มของเชื้อไวรัส ซึ่งอาศัยหลักการตรึงของโมเลกุลที่เพาะเจาะจงต่อ โปรตีนห่อหุ้มของไวรัส (Viral envelop protein) ลงบนพื้น ผิวของ solid microcarriers น้ำยาขอการประดิษฐ์นี้ เป็นที่ นิยมใช้ในการตรวจหาเชื้อ HIV หรือไวรัสที่ก่อให้เกิดโรคตับ อักเสบชนิด C
Claims (4)
1. น้ำยาตรวจหาไวรัส โดยใช้ปฏิกิริยาการเกาะกลุ่ม ที่ประกอบด้วยโมเลกุล ที่มีความเฉพาะเจาะจงต่อโปรตีนห่อหุ้ม ของไวรัส ซึ่งจะถูกตรึงลงบนพื้นผิวของ solid microcarriers
2. น้ำยาตรวจหาไวรัส โดยใช้ปฏิกิริยาการเกาะกลุ่ม ดังได้ กล่าวอ้างสิทธิในข้อ 1 ซึ่งไวรัสหมายถึงทั้งดีเอ็นเอ และ อาร์เอ็นเอไวรัส
3. น้ำยาตรวจหาไวรัส โดยใช้ปฏิกิริยาการเกาะกลุ่ม ดังได้ กล่าวอ้างสิทธิในข้อ 2 ซึ่งดีเอ็นเอไวรัส คือ Parvovirus, Papovavirus, Herper ไวรัส และไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิด B
