DC60 (25/02/40) รายละเอียดนี้จะแสดงถึงวิธีการผลิตวัสดุอัดขึ้นรูป โดยเฉพาะ พวกแผ่นไม้อัด โดยการอัดขึ้นรูปแบบร้อนของวัสดุที่ ประกอบด้วยลิกโนส เซล- ลูโลส และผสมหรือฝังตัวกับตัวประสานโพ ลีไอโซไซยาเนต โดยใช้สารเร่ง ปฏิกริยา (คะตะลิสต์) แบบ กระตุ้นด้วยความร้อนแฝง โดยคะตะลิสต์ที่ใช้เป็น พวกเกลือ แอมโมเนียม จากปฏิกริยาของเอมีนและกรดมาโลนิค รายละเอียดนี้จะแสดงถึงวิธีการผลิตวัสดุอัดขึ้นรูป โดยเฉพาะพวกแผ่นไม้อัด โดยการอัดขึ้นรูปแบบร้อนของวัสดุที่ ประกอบด้วยลิกโนส เซลลูโลส และผสมหรือฝังตัวกับตัวประสานโพ ลีไอโซไชยาเนต โดยใช้สารเร่งปฏิกริยา (คะตะลิสต์) แบบ กระตุ้นด้วยความร้อนแฝง โดยคะตะลิสต์ที่ใช้เป็นพวกเกลือ แอมโมเนียม จากปฏิกริยาของเอมีนและกรดมาโลนิค

1. วิธีในการผลิตวัสดุอัดขึ้นรูป โดยเฉพาะพวกแผ่นไม้อัดโดยการอัดขึ้นรูปวัสดุร้อนที่มีลิกโนส เซลลูโลสและผสมหรือ ฝังตัวกับตัวประสานแบบโพลีไอโซไชยาเนต โดยใช้คะตะลิสต์ที่ กระตุ้นด้วยความร้อนแฝง คะตะลิสต์นี้เป็นเกลือแอมโมเนียม ที่ได้จากปฏิกริยาของเอมีนกับกรดมาโลนิค
2. วิธีการตามข้อถือสิทธิ์ข้อที่ 1 โดยการใช้เกลือ แอมโมเนียมที่ได้จากปฏิกริยาของเทอร์เทียรี่ เอมีนกับกรด มาโลนิค
3. วิธีการตามข้อถือสิทธิ์ข้อที่ 1 หรือ 2 โดยเกลือ แอมโมเนียมที่ใช้จะได้จากปฏิกริยาของ N,N-ไดเมธิล เอมีโน เอธานอล, ไดเมธิล เอมีโนโแท็ก :
