Abstract

The OCR 06WT container lid consists of an outer circular rim with a through-hole opening for fitting onto the outer open end of the container. The inner surface of the outer rim has an internal thread for securing to the outer thread of the top rim of the outer rim. The top edge of the outer rim has a bottom hinged flap that is secured to the circumference of the top lid. The top lid is a plate with side rims and a protruding ridge at the bottom for easier opening and closing between the top lid and the outer rim. The bottom surface of the top lid has an inner tube with an open bottom end for inserting into the top opening of the container. The bottom edge of the lid or the top edge of the outer rim has a connecting seam that extends outwards at intervals. For connecting the perimeter edge of the cover to the outer edge of the fitting, and the bottom edge of the perimeter edge between the lower connection lines, there is an additional connecting shoulder that extends shorter than the extension of the lower connection line. This serves to absorb impact, reducing the severity of shock as the bottom edge of the perimeter edge folds against the top edge of the outer fitting.

The lid of the container consists of an outer rim (1) which has a circular edge with a through-hole (2) for fitting onto the outer open end (3) of the container (4), while the inner surface of the outer rim (1) is an inner threaded surface (5) for screwing onto the outer threaded surface (6), and the top edge of the outer rim (1) has a lower side of a hinged flap (7) attached, while the top of the hinged flap (7) is attached to the perimeter edge (8) of the top lid (9) for hinge-opening and closing between the outer rim (1) and the top lid (9), and between the side of the outer rim (1) and the side of the edge of the hinged flap (7), at least one side has a side opening (10) for the hinge. The folding up and down of the rocking panel (7) is easier, and the top cover (9) has the appearance of a panel with sides that form a lid edge all around (8), or the surface of the top cover (9) or the surface of the lid edge all around (8) will be a secondary line of the surface (11) spaced apart or continuous. To increase strength between the top lid (9) and the surrounding edge of the lid (8) and the bottom opening (12) of the top lid (9), there is a protruding edge (13) for easy gripping and closing between the top lid (9) and the outer edge (1).
