Abstract

OCR (Optical Character Responsibility) is a system for managing and processing data between service providers and service recipients. It comprises communication devices and servers. The communication devices connect to the server via a network connection and function to receive data from users for data recording, retrieval, and communication. The data received by the communication devices varies depending on the user account type, namely service providers and service recipients. Service providers can record information about their services so that service recipients can retrieve them by defining criteria. Similarly, service recipients can record their needs, describing problems they encounter and requiring solutions, so that service providers can retrieve the information as well. Furthermore, data comparisons can be used to recommend services or service providers to users. The server generates alerts to service providers found in the retrieval results and displays the retrieval results on the service recipient's communication device to facilitate finding suitable services or service providers.
