The resulting cream has a light yellow color and exhibits synergistic activity against three ringworm fungal species: T. mentagrophytes ATCC9533, T. rubrum ATCC MYA4438, and E. floccosum ATCC15694.

The manufacturing process of the herbal antifungal cream for ringworm, formulated with a mixture of white plumeria and Rhinacanthus nasutus, as per Patent 1, involves the following steps: Preparation of white plumeria and Rhinacanthus nasutus root extracts: - Trim the roots, using only the underground portion for extraction. - Dry the roots and grind them into a fine powder. - Weigh approximately 200 grams of the powder and place it in a 1-liter glass container. - Add 400 milliliters of 95% by volume ethanol. - Extract using ultrasonic waves for 1 hour and soak for 7 days. - After soaking for 7 days, extract again using ultrasonic waves for 1 hour. - Filter the extract and evaporate using a rotary evaporator. - Label and store at 2-8 degrees Celsius for use in the next step. Prepare the herbal cream formula using a mixture of white ginger and goldenrod: - Mix phase A in a beaker and heat to 65°C. - Mix phase B in a beaker and heat to 70°C. - Gradually pour phase A into phase B, stirring until a homogeneous cream is formed. - Add phase C when the cream reaches 50°C and stir until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
