The aluminum holding furnace (1) consists of a holding room (3) for receiving molten aluminum and maintaining its temperature at a specified level; a lid (6) is placed on top of holding room (3), which can open or close holding room (3); and a combustion device (7) is placed on lid (6) for heating the molten aluminum inside holding room (3), where the distance between the ceiling of holding room (3) and the floor of holding room (3) is no more than 600 mm. The process of producing molten aluminum using the aluminum holding furnace (1) consists of the following steps: a) filling molten aluminum into the receiving chamber (2); b) heating the molten aluminum in holding room (3); c) heating the molten aluminum in holding room (3) using the combustion device (7) to bring the oxygen concentration in holding room (3) to greater than 5% and less than or equal to 10%.

------28/01/2568------(OCR) OCR 07AP1. Aluminum Waiting Furnace and the Process of Manufacturing Molten Aluminum Using Such Aluminum Waiting Furnace. The aluminum waiting furnace (1) consists of: a receiving channel (2) for receiving molten aluminum; a waiting room (3) connected to the receiving channel (2) for receiving molten aluminum from the receiving channel (2) and maintaining the temperature of the molten aluminum at a specified temperature; a channel (4) is placed on one side of the waiting room (3) as a flow path for the molten aluminum to flow to the next process; a waiting room (5) connected to the end of channel (4) for receiving molten aluminum flowing from the waiting room (3) through channel (4), where the molten aluminum in the waiting room (5) is further used in various processes; a lid (6) is placed on top of the waiting room (3) for opening or closing the waiting room. (3) The combustion device (7) is placed on the lid (6) to heat the molten aluminum inside the waiting room (3) to maintain the temperature or prevent the temperature of the molten aluminum in the waiting room (3) from falling below a specified temperature. It has a special characteristic: the aluminum waiting furnace (1) has a distance between the ceiling of the waiting room (3) and the floor of the waiting room (3) of no more than 600 millimeters, and the combustion device (7) is a close-range heating device.2. The process of producing molten aluminum as specified in Reputation 3, where the oxygen concentration is 6% - 8%.
