Abstract

The OCR 10KL (04/10/2567) is a low-pollution charcoal kiln for producing biochar and wood vinegar. It consists of three parts: a combustion chamber, a biochar production chamber, and an extension for collecting wood vinegar. The combustion chamber and biochar production chamber are constructed from steel tanks. The combustion chamber has a front opening for inserting solid fuel. The biochar production chamber has perforated bottoms and pipes to direct flames and smoke from the combustion chamber upwards. The end of the pipe is 50 centimeters above the biochar production chamber lid. Gas pipes are connected to the side of the biochar production chamber to condense the gas produced through a double-layer heat exchanger with a water vortex cooling system. The end of the gas pipe is connected to the combustion chamber to use the uncondensed gas as fuel along with the solid fuel.

The low-pollution charcoal kiln for the production of biochar and wood vinegar consists of a combustion chamber (5), a biochar production chamber (2), and an extension for storing wood vinegar. The combustion chamber (5) is made of a steel tank with an opening at the front for inserting solid fuel for combustion and heating to the biochar production chamber (2) installed above. The biochar production chamber (2) is made of a steel tank, the surrounding area is covered with fire-resistant ceramic fiber (4), and the inside is a closed chamber to prevent outside air from entering the biochar production chamber (2). The bottom has holes to support a rectangular pipe (3) which is placed through the lockable lid (1) to the outside. The extension for storing wood vinegar is a double-layer heat exchanger system consisting of an outlet gas pipe (6) installed on the upper side of the biochar production chamber (2), with the outlet gas pipe (6) drilled 12 to 15 centimeters from the top edge for evacuating the outlet gas.
