Abstract
ที่ได้เปิดเผยออกมา คือ วิธีที่จะแสดงยีนแบบเกิดภายนอก ในเซลล์สัตว์เลี้ยงลูก ด้วยนม เกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อของเซลล์กับ ไวรัสของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม (เช่น baculovirus) ซึ่ง กลุ่มยีนพายื่นแบบเกิดภายนอก และเลี้ยงให้เซลล์เติบโตภาย ใต้สถานภาพยีนถูกแสดงออก และได้มีการเปิดเผยด้วย คือ วิธี รักษาความผิดปกติของความขาดบกพร่องของยีนในสัตว์ เลี้ยงลูก ด้วยนม โดยจัดให้เกิดแก่เซลล์ จำนวนที่บังเกิดผลแบบการรักษา ของไวรัส ซึ่งกลุ่มยีน มียีนแบบเกิดภายนอก และเพาะให้เซลล์ เจริญเติบโตภายใต้สถานภาพที่ยีนแบบเกิดภายนอก ถูกแสดงออกใน สัตว์ลูกด้วยนม

1. วิธีจะแสดงออกถึงยีนภายนอกในเซลล์สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม วิธีดังกล่าว ประกอบด้วย: ก) นำไวรัสของดีเอ็นเอของสัตว์ที่ไม่เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมลงไปใน เซลล์ ซึ่งกลุ่มยีน ประกอบด้วยยีนภายนอกดังกล่าว ข) ให้เซลล์ดังกล่าว ดำรงชีวิตภายใต้สภาพที่ยีนภายนอกที่ กล่าว ถูกปรากฎออกมา ข้อ
