Claims (3)
1.สาร N-ฟอสฟอริล- หรือไทโอฟอสฟอริล-N\'-s-ไทรอะซินิล-ฟอร์มาดีนที่มีสูตร ## เป็นสูตรเคมี โดยที่ R1 และ R2 เป็นอิสระซึ่งกันและกันและต่างอาจเป็น C1-C20-อัลคิล หรือเฟนนิลที่อาจมีหรือไม่มีกลุ่มแทนที่เป็นฮาโลเจน และ X และ Y ต่างอาจเป็นออกซิเจนหรือซัลเฟอร์
2.สารประกอบดังในข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 โดยที่ R1 เป็น C1-C8-อัลคิล R2 เป็น C1-C6-อัลคิล หรือเฟนนิลที่อาจมีหรือไม่มีกลุ่มแทนที่ เป็นโฮโลเจนจำนวนหนึ่งถึงสามอะตอม และ X แบะ Y ต่างอาจเป็นออกซิเจน หรือซัลเฟอร์
